• Rob Martin, LCSW CSAC - Board Chair & Executive Director
  Rob leads United Virginia’s overall strategic direction, financial administration, and direct program operations. A licensed clinical social worker and certified substance abuse counselor, Rob brings nearly 40 years of personal recovery expertise and professional clinical expertise to the role.

• Ayanna McMullen — Board Director
  Ayanna is a Board Director of United Virginia and the Founder of The Network Incubator, an incubator program that has empowered hundreds of diverse and under-resourced entrepreneurs across Virginia.

Program Directors, Facilitators & Strategic Collaborators

• Southall Bowles — Café Coordinator & Trained Peer Specialist
  Trained Peer Recovery Specialist and co-founder of Cornerstone Recovery, a peer-run enterprise at Caskie House in Downtown Richmond. Southall will coordinate day-to-day hospitality, peer volunteer scheduling, and safety protocols at Recovery Café RVA.
• Katherine Wells Bowles — Cornerstone Recovery Co-Founder
  Co-founder of the peer-run Cornerstone Recovery, Katherine helped establish the physical and philosophical foundation for low-barrier peer support at 5th and Main Streets.
• DJ Little — PROPEL Program Director & Lead Facilitator
  Founder of SEEDschool and PROPEL, DJ is a Halcyon and 4.0 Schools Fellow with 15+ years of tech-based venture building experience. He leads curriculum delivery, coaching, and platform management for PROPEL.
• Greg Doepke — Founder, Aspire to Give®
  Founder of Aspire to Give®, Greg partners with United Virginia on benefit corporation advocacy and is co-developer of The Hope to Purpose Pathway™ mental agility and legacy stewardship curriculum.
